Andrew Dollenberg, Principal – Mpumalanga
Andrew Dollenberg is highly skilled in systems implementation, financial management, financial reporting and tax.
After he obtained his B.Compt (Commerce) degree and honours from UNISA, he completed his articles as an audit clerk at Ernst & Young, Johannesburg, in 2000, under their Entrepreneurial Companies Assurance Division, which focused on medium-sized growth clients. In this time, he also qualified as a CA.
Following articles, Andrew spent 10 years within various divisions of a listed power and telecoms company, taking on a range of financial and accounting responsibilities.
In 2011, Andrew started his own venture, consulting and advising to small and medium-sized businesses. Sectors he worked in included environmental conservation and investment, as well as renewable energy, and during these years Andrew got to put his passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses grow into practice by working with the business owners and management on business strategy and planning.
Andrew has also similarly assisted businesses grow through Zimele, Anglo American’s enterprise development initiative for emerging black businesses in South Africa, as well as other CSI initiatives.
Personally, Andrew enjoys exploring mountains and the bushveld. Social running lets him combine family time with following a healthy lifestyle.
